Upon walking into Insert Coin, one will find that the lights are dim... but that doesn't mean it's any less vibrant. Neon squiggles line the walls, the patterned carpet seems to glow in the low light, and the walls are an old brick, but covered in posters from various Ryslig movies and the various bootleg games that fill the arcade so it's not just a blank brick wall covered with neon squiggles and signs. There are a couple of token machines nearby so that people can exchange money for tokens to play arcade games.

There's a prize counter along a wall, filled with various cheap prizes, along with "prices" in the form of how many tickets you need in order to purchase a certain prize.

Also to be found, nestled in a corner, is a snack bar. Aside from being able to choose from an assortment of candy, there's also the option to choose between things like cheap hotdogs, cheap hamburgers, nachos, cotton candy, etc. Stuff that's simple and definitely not good for you. There's also a fridge filled with pop and bottled water for people that need a drink, and a soda fountain on the wall.

If someone gets tired, they'll find plenty of chairs and couches, and in one corner there'll be a bunch of tables set up with shelves lining the walls. Chiaki will have filled them with board games from Ryslig, and several decks of cards can be found too, should someone want to play a game that's not in the arcade or bowling. She wanted to make sure there'd be options for everyone!

Finally, playing in a corner there'll be jukebox that mostly has Rysligian rock n' roll playing to help make it so that there's something else going on that's not the sound of pins getting knocked down or the beeps and boops from the arcade machines.

Just inside the entrance, there is a sign with a list of rules.
❉ No eating people. This includes bringing something in with you.
❉ Please be nice to the machines.
❉ Please be nice to each other.
❉ No talking about the gods.

The arcade has a variety of games in it, all familiar, but not quite. It's easy to find a game just for you if you look! These are the kinds of games that can be found:

❉ Fighting games, a la Mortal Kombat or Tekken.
❉ Things like Tetris and Pacman.
❉ Things similar to Donkey Kong and Mario.
❉ Joust.
❉ Space invader style games like Galaga and Asteroids.
❉ Things like centipede.
❉ Q-bert style games.
❉ A game like Dragon's Lair, except themed to Ryslig.
❉ Pinball machines.
❉ Skeeball.
❉ Air Hockey.
❉ Whack-a-Mole
❉ Crane game that is incredibly difficult to win.
❉ Foosball tables.

The list goes on! Each machine takes tokens and will spit out tickets when a game is completed, with higher scores getting more tickets than lower scores. If your character manages to get a high score, they'll have an option to put in 3 letters to mark their place, in old arcade machine style.

Over the years, several more advanced pieces of technology have found their way into the arcade. They include:

❉ A DDR cabinet.
❉ A ball pit.
❉ An orbitron/gyroscope carnival ride.

For anybody who doesn't know what game to start with, a miniature Nanami robot sits on the prize counter. The robot has been programmed with some simple conversational prompts, to help visitors determine which game would be best for them.

The bowling alley is leftover from Midworld Lanes, since Chiaki took over the original building to turn it into her arcade. There are six lanes open, and while the scores need to be kept with pen and paper, the pins are mechanically reset. There is a selection of bowling shoes and bowling balls that people can rent just in case they don't have their own equipment.

The only changes from Midworld Lanes are the floor and walls, this part of the building remains largely the same minus making sure that things match the decor.

It's also worth noting that the bowling lanes are a little more brightly lit than the rest of the arcade.
